Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Text entered in a search tool is delivered to the third-party company operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its result. Terrell County Court Docket does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be retained so a response can be prepared. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Data We Gather Automatically
Normal server records may capture technical facts about a visit, including:
- IP address
- Browser, operating system, and device type
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring site, when available
- Date and time of each request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small device files used to understand aggregate traffic and site use. Analytics services may help identify popular pages and exit points. Browser controls can block cookies, although some functions may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
Collected information may be used to operate and secure the site, route a search to the selected provider, diagnose technical faults, measure which material is useful, improve performance, and display advertising that may reflect visitor interests.
No Court-Record Data on File
Terrell County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of dockets or personal case information. It publishes general directions to PeachCourt, Tina Ivey's Superior Court Clerk office, Terrell County courts, and municipal custodians. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy notices, retention periods, disclosure practices, pricing, and terms govern information sent to them. Review the provider's policy before entering a query because this policy does not control that separate processing.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to PeachCourt, Georgia courts, the Terrell County clerk, government agencies, or other resources. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's policy applies. We do not control an outside site's security, content, or privacy practices.
Who Might See Your Data
Technical vendors may process limited information when hosting, analyzing, securing, or advertising the site. Search providers receive data submitted to their tools. Information may also be disclosed when law, a valid legal process, or protection of rights and safety requires it. Personal information is not sold as a court-record database.
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no network, storage system, or transmission is completely secure. Visitors should avoid sending Social Security numbers, full birth dates, financial details, or confidential court information through ordinary email or an unverified form.
Users Under 18
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal information from minors. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the contact route to request review.
Your Data Rights
Depending on applicable law, a visitor may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by this site and may object to certain uses. Georgia's Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. ยงยง 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, governs access to qualifying public-agency records, not private visitor analytics held here. Uniform Superior Court Rules 21 and 36.16 address access to Georgia court records and e-filed documents; they do not turn this private site into a court custodian.
- Ask what personal information is retained
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion where the law permits
- Disable cookies through browser controls
